Eye/Face Wash
SYSBEL's new nozzle heads colligate traditional aerators and spray heads with holes. Zero velocity point provides more comfort and control for effective sweeping hazardous contaminants away from the face and eyes using a soft aerated stream for eye wash and independently angled face wash stream for optimum coverage. This series of products fully complies with ANSI Z358.1-2014 and AS 4775-2007, and has been tested and approved by CSA.
• The unique nozzle design is adopted. The same height can be maintained under certain water pressure, to avoid the operating obstacles caused by water pressure.
• The nozzle can be used for spraying two kinds of water at the same time, with balanced heights. The water flow is steady and uniform due to the built-in flow limiter.
• The aerator with a coin slot is easy to remove and install, and thus simple to clean and maintain.
• The dust-proof cover can protect the nozzle from being contaminated by dust in the air. Once the eyewash is started, the dust-proof cover will be opened automatically under water flow.
• The copper nut is built in the 304SS nozzle base and connected to the horn elbow, and its strength is enough to allow repeated removal and installation and ensure longer service life.
• The nozzle is made of AES engineering plastic which is superior to ABS engineering plastic, and has outstanding features of weather resistance, high rigidity, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, etc.
• The main fittings and other accessories are made of 304 stainless steel and applicable to adverse workplaces.
• The bright yellow plastic is used to facilitate observation and identification.
• The quick connector is equipped with a built-in filter to prevent debris or impurities from flowing into the nozzle, in order to avoid secondary damage to the eyes. In addition, the connector is easy to operate, which is conducive for cleaning and maintenance on a regular basis.
• The eye/face wash series fully comply with ANSI Z358.1-2014 and AS 4775-2007, and has been tested and approved by CSA.

1.2 Drench Hose
Drench hose units, WG7011R & WG7012R are for deck mounting. Ideal for rinsing any part of user's eye, face or body. Under ANSI Z358.1-2014, drench hose units supplement, but do not replace, other types of emergency equipment.
1.To meet the standard of Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment in ANSI Z358.1-2014 and AS4775-2007;
2.Single or double spray head is optional, which has dust cover;
3.Forged brass squeeze valve activated by plastic lever handle. Valve has replaceable stainless steel seat for exceptional durability. Valve closes when lever handle is released.
4.1.5m soft PVC tube wrapped by PE film relief from rust and leakage, and internal filter to remove impurities from the water flow.
5.Spray heads provide even, continued and comfortable fluid to irrigate the eye;
6.Eye wash exceeds minimum water flow of 0.4GPM(1.5LPM) at 210kPa (30psi);
7.Deck flange for countertop mounting, flange has a position to fix the unit.

Portable Eyewash
2.1 Portable Eye Wash Station
1.It adopts PE materials, and the production materials comply with theregulations of F.D.A on the grade on PE materials for food (F.D.A. Regulation on Polypropylene: the requirements of U.S.21 CFR F.D.A. Regulation Part 177.1520, portable containers clauses (C) for food contact use),and it is superior in its high intensity, good toughness, good Rigidity, heat and cold resistance.
2.It complies with human engineering principle in design, and adopts the law of gravity to produce water pressure and deliver water to two nozzles for eye washing.
3.It applies to work places without water supply and discharge facilities and can be installed and fixed onto walls as required to provide timely and professional protection.
4.It complies with regulations of ANSI/ISEA on emergency eye wash station and showering equipment-ANSI Z358.1-2014 It is suggested to discharge the liquid in eye wash station every two or four weeks or as required and clean every component of eye wash station.
